What you will do

• Design end-to-end consumer experiences for interacting with digital minds, including conversation flows, content upload, onboarding, and configuration interfaces.
• Build scalable design systems and interaction patterns across web and mobile.
• Prototype rapidly in Figma and React, validate concepts, and ship designs to production.
• Map complex user journeys while accounting for state, context, edge cases, and technical constraints.
• Define product direction using user insights, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Refine interaction timing, loading states, error handling, and other details that make experiences feel alive.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component architecture.
• Product-minded approach covering user psychology, technical constraints, information architecture, and visual design.
• Understanding of consumer incentives, game mechanics, virality, and retention loops.
• Technical fluency with modern frameworks and the ability to prototype in code using React.
• Strong communication, systems thinking, builder mentality, and attention to interaction design, typography, and visual polish.
