Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's NYC office in Brooklyn, New York

Compensation: $170–$230 plus 0.1%–0.5% equity

hirify.global builds secure AI platforms for complex enterprise operations, including action and agent workflows, governance, permissions, and audit lineage.

What you will do

• Define the design function as the first design hire and own its direction.
• Translate company strategy and user needs into product UI and clear user stories.
• Own and evolve the design system, including its rules, components, patterns, and principles.
• Prototype ideas and author frontend code for design-system maintenance and production polish.
• Make complex enterprise and developer-facing AI products easier to understand and use.

Requirements

• Strong product-design experience with the ability to think in systems and create reusable patterns.
• Ability to work directly with users and the team, synthesize needs and strategy, and communicate them through visual storytelling.
• Strong opinions and judgment around typography, layout, motion, and information density.
• Enough frontend coding ability to prototype independently and make frontend production changes; the role is approximately 70% design and 30% code.
• Interest in enterprise, technical, and developer-facing products.
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office.
