Lab Technician I - Full-Time Seasonal Opportunity!

Location: Onsite at the City of Industry, California laboratory, USA. This is a temporary 90-day seasonal opportunity.

Salary: $20–$22 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Receive, log, prepare, and process samples according to analytical SOPs.
• Operate basic department-specific laboratory instrumentation and analytical equipment.
• Perform routine operation, maintenance, and calibration of preparation instruments.
• Support validation and method detection limit studies when required.
• Maintain technical information and laboratory notebooks to support laboratory operations.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production, hold-time, and turnaround-time targets while following safe laboratory practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 0–2 years of experience in analytical chemistry laboratories.
• Advanced English language skills required.
• Basic mathematics, reasoning, and computer skills required.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in the City of Industry, California, for the temporary seasonal assignment.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant analytical chemistry laboratory experience.
• Gas chromatography experience.
