Manufacturing Associate II (Biotech)

Location: Onsite in Quincy, Massachusetts, USA. Six-month temporary position with Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; training requires Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. supervision until independent.

Salary: $24–$26 USD per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Perform ELISA titer, primary and secondary screening, Baculovirus Particle ELISA, NanoDSF, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and SPR assays.
• Support antibody characterization, purification workflows, high-throughput antibody production, and developability projects.
• Prepare buffers and aliquot samples for protein production and downstream assays.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, complete daily cleaning, and keep the laboratory organized.
• Manage project-material inventories and complete assay documentation.
• Follow SOPs, protocols, and procedures while completing cross-functional training as needed.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Google Drive, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Quincy, Massachusetts, according to the assigned shift and training schedule.
