Associate I-II, QC Analytics (Contract, Multiple Positions)

What you will do

• Perform routine GMP testing using established cell and molecular biology methods.
• Analyze, record, report, and peer-review testing data and reports.
• Investigate testing excursions, including deviations, CAPAs, and OOS results.
• Collaborate with QC and Analytical Development functions to meet testing timelines and qualify assays.
• Manage laboratory inventory and reagents and perform daily laboratory maintenance.
• Draft and edit testing and equipment procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with cell and gene therapy testing methodologies, including PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell culture, and cell-based assays.
• Experience performing laboratory investigations and knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality system processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, independence, and ability to collaborate with scientific and technical personnel.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a GMP setting.
• Experience with LIMS, CMMS, QMS, or ERP systems.
