Chemistry Technician

Location: On-site in Princeton, New Jersey, United States

Hourly rate: $33.65–$38.46 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily R&D compound management, laboratory, and inventory operations.
• Perform inventory management, GC-MS analysis, and automated liquid handling activities.
• Program, operate, and troubleshoot automated liquid handling systems and workflows.
• Maintain accurate databases, records, and information workflows.
• Optimize laboratory processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to support project needs.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a scientific discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Knowledge or interest in analytical chemistry, compound management, laboratory automation, and programming.
• Familiarity with databases, information workflows, and basic programming concepts.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL is preferred.
• Laboratory research experience is preferred; troubleshooting experience with laboratory instruments, automation systems, or software is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Princeton, New Jersey, United States.
