What you will do

• Execute rheological and physical testing protocols to characterize raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct experiments according to standard operating procedures and support method optimization and new protocol development.
• Collect, document, analyze, and graph test data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Set up, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with analytical scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to interpret results and address technical questions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in laboratory technology, physical testing, or quality control.
• Experience performing experiments under structured SOPs.
• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation, laboratory tasks, and chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel data charting and graphing.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
