Location: Manila; hybrid or remote setup available, with mid or night shift rotation during the internship

What you will do
- Assist with service operations for global infrastructure services.
- Monitor and help maintain the stability and availability of products and services 24/7.
- Create tools to improve daily data collection and operational target monitoring.
- Track infrastructure operations and support continuous service quality.
Requirements
- Knowledge of networks and troubleshooting.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Must have an internship requirement of 500 or more hours.
- Available for mid or night shift rotation during the internship.
- Available to work in a hybrid or remote setup.
