Network Activation Engineer (Hybrid - Night Shift)

Location: Hybrid work setup in Pasig City, Philippines — 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home per week at GLAS Tower, Ortigas Center. Shifting night schedule, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Perform customer network activations and support migrations to SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, routing tables, metrics, and customer BGP peerings.
• Collaborate with carriers, customers, engineering teams, and operations teams to resolve connectivity and activation issues.
• Activate Azure and AWS cloud services and deploy virtual appliances such as FortiGate VMs and Silverpeak instances.
• Configure Fortinet, Meraki, Cradlepoint, ADVA, and Silverpeak networking equipment and manage policies through FortiManager.
• Support RADIUS, LDAP, and SAML authentication, UTM security features, technical documentation, and post-activation tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant professional experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in network engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of routing principles, routing protocols, network troubleshooting, and customer environment integration.
• Ability to work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Nice to have

• NSE4, NSE7, CCNA, or CCNP certification.
