IT Technician (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the Philippines; required schedule is 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. EST

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints, applications, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, identity services, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Support GDPR, GxP, FDA, data protection, audit, validation, change control, and regulated-environment requirements.
• Deploy, administer, and promote responsible use of AI and automation tools, including user training, workflow enablement, and documentation.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, infrastructure reports, and support technology deployments, migrations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure operations, or a related technical role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, networking, endpoint management, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, information security, GDPR, and data protection principles.
• Strong interest and aptitude in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Must be able to work remotely from the Philippines during the required EST schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, scripting, workflow automation, validation, change management, and audits.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, Azure, Security+, AI, or related certifications.
