Outcome Engineer (AI)

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Architect orchestration layers for multi-agent systems that collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks.
• Build automated governance infrastructure, guardrails, and policy engines for autonomous systems.
• Develop semantic context and memory infrastructure using knowledge graphs and vector stores.
• Create rigorous evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for agentic outputs.
• Design self-healing loops that connect observability data to autonomous analysis and remediation.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• History of shipping products, tools, platforms, or other production systems.
• Active experience building and deploying AI agents.
• Strong software engineering, product-building, or equivalent interdisciplinary experience.
• Ability to collaborate intensely in a high-bandwidth, fully remote environment.
• Willingness to share expertise, avoid silos, and document experiments, architectural decisions, and failures.
• Experience or interest in agentic systems, orchestration, reliability, automation, or product development.

Nice to have

• Experience as a software engineer, AI researcher, game engineer, product manager, platform/SRE engineer, designer, or agentic systems pioneer.
• Experience with large language models, vector databases, LangChain, or AutoGen.
