Senior Engineer Overall Integration (Photonic Integrated Circuits)

What you will do

• Optimize and maintain the process of record for photonic integrated circuit manufacturing to improve yield, stability, and product quality.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements across PIC, assembly, research and development, and quality management.
• Run production trials and design-of-experiments studies to define process windows and investigate process interactions.
• Integrate new processes, materials, and equipment into the manufacturing flow.
• Develop databases, user interfaces, and data-driven tools for process tracking, analysis, and decision-making.
• Identify correlations and patterns in manufacturing data to improve efficiency, reproducibility, and scalability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science, engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and database management systems.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights and coordinating cross-functional technical needs.
• Ability to conduct independent investigations and develop solution-oriented process improvements.
• Fluent English is required.
