Location: In person in New York; all full-time roles are office-based

Salary: $125,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a generalist portfolio, from role scoping through offer closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring briefs, interview processes, and decision quality.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across technical and go-to-market functions.
• Use pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-close data to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Challenge weak feedback and hiring decisions while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Improve recruiting processes and deliver a clear, accurate candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across agency and fast-growing, product-driven companies.
• Experience recruiting for technical or go-to-market roles.
• Strong analytical fluency and ability to use recruiting metrics for decision-making.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Clear, direct communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Ability to work in person from the New York office.
