Supervisor, Logistics (Shift 2)

Location: Santa Ana, California, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple logistics departments.
• Monitor and communicate SLA performance, escalating issues to management when needed.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient product flow while maintaining FIFO inventory practices.
• Enforce safety policies and foster an accountable, collaborative work environment.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for direct reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a multi-department environment.
• Understanding of FIFO principles and familiarity with SLA and KPI tracking.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operations require.
• Must be able to work onsite in Santa Ana five days per week and have authorization to work legally in the United States.
