What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity and business performance across the enterprise.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to redesign workflows and reduce organizational friction.
• Develop business cases and prioritize AI-enabled initiatives according to measurable business impact.
• Lead pilots and enterprise-scale enablement efforts that drive adoption and deliver results.
• Establish governance, success metrics, and executive dashboards to measure business value.
• Build AI literacy, change leadership, and continuous-improvement capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a business transformation leader with knowledge of technology and organizational change.
• Track record of measurable business outcomes through operational excellence, digital transformation, AI enablement, or large-scale business transformation.
• Ability to solve complex business problems and improve workflows.
• Ability to discuss AI with engineers, present business cases to executives, and lead enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Success measured by business impact rather than technology adoption.
• Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
