Director, Business Unit Operations (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional execution of divisional programs to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Prioritize the product portfolio and align budgets with business unit goals.
• Track and adjust operating expense spending against project plans and targets.
• Create and continuously improve business processes, while driving COGS reduction, gross margin, lead-time, and cycle-time improvements.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, crisis management, safety compliance, and ePLC operational deliverables.
• Partner with the Division General Manager and staff on non-technical, cross-divisional programs and may serve as chief of staff.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of business systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness supporting financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations with sensitivity to the audience.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and safety requirements.
