Senior Director, AI Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Own the AI use-case roadmap across business functions, including prioritization and investment-case development.
• Partner with the CIO to translate business priorities into a practical technical roadmap and align technology delivery with business needs.
• Define the organizational and workflow changes required for successful AI adoption while IT owns architecture, vendors, and implementation choices.
• Own the AI adoption methodology and coach functional leaders in applying it to their workflows.
• Lead hands-on involvement in the first one or two flagship AI programs during the first year.
• Build external proof points for AI adoption in an AI-native software company.

Requirements

• 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or an equivalent organization.
• Subsequent experience at a technology or software company working with IT or engineering leaders to deploy AI, automation, or large-scale data initiatives.
• Proven experience moving from AI strategy into live enterprise-scale deployment.
• Ability to communicate credibly with technical leaders, CFOs, boards, functional SVPs, and business-unit leaders.
• Experience addressing data governance, change management, integrations, and pilots that fail to scale.
• MBA from a top program.

• Experience partnering closely with engineering or IT beyond holding an engineering degree.
• Background following the path of strategy consulting, enterprise technology, and ownership of AI or automation initiatives.
