What you will do

• Own the internal AI use case roadmap, identifying and prioritizing areas for maximum value creation across business functions.
• Partner closely with the CIO to ensure business priorities are accurately translated into the technical roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI analyses for AI investments to present to the CFO and board.
• Define AI adoption methodologies and coach functional leaders on applying these frameworks to their workflows.
• Drive the execution of 1–2 flagship AI programs in the first year to establish organizational standards and proof points.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Industry experience at a technology or software company deploying AI, automation, or large-scale data initiatives.
• Proven track record of transitioning from strategic advisory to the actual execution and delivery of AI projects.
• Ability to engage substantively with both engineering leaders and C-level executives.
• MBA from a top-tier program.
