Senior Managing Director (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s healthcare investment strategy and thesis for Southeast Asia.
• Lead fundraising and cultivate relationships with regional and global investors.
• Source, evaluate, and back exceptional founders while supporting healthcare companies from ideation through launch.
• Serve on the Investment Committee and participate in governance activities, including board roles where appropriate.
• Own the P&L for the Singapore-based entity and oversee the regional platform’s operations, processes, and culture.
• Build and lead a high-performing Southeast Asia team across investing, partnerships, growth, and platform functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in venture capital or healthcare investing, including 5+ years managing teams.
• Proven track record evaluating founders, making investment decisions, and supporting portfolio companies.
• Healthcare expertise across care delivery, health technology, and services.
• Experience building businesses, platforms, or investment operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strong networks across founders, investors, healthcare operators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Track record of proactively leveraging AI and emerging technology to build sophisticated systems and workflows.
