Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Location: Shanghai, China — onsite at the Shanghai Minhang office

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize global RMA and warranty operations strategies, processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales operations team in a matrix environment.
• Manage CRM systems and sales technology platforms, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and integration.
• Analyze sales data, KPIs, forecasts, and pipelines to identify trends and improve sales effectiveness.
• Create RMA and warranty dashboards, reporting systems, enablement programs, training, and onboarding processes.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate initiatives with finance, human resources, sales leadership, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in sales operations, sales management, reverse logistics, or related business operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, financial, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with RMA analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, data visualization, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and sales process optimization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advanced forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
• Project management certification or an equivalent professional credential.
