Senior Manager, FP&A and Investor Relations (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; 3–4 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Own the annual operating plan and coordinate financial inputs across business units, manufacturing operations, and G&A functions.
• Lead quarterly and monthly re-forecast cycles covering revenue, costs, headcount, and capital expenditure.
• Build and maintain the consolidated corporate model, including the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operating metrics.
• Partner with business unit and functional leaders to translate operational activity into financial insights and recommendations.
• Deliver variance analysis, monthly business reviews, management reporting, and board-ready financial materials.
• Develop KPI frameworks, automate FP&A processes, and support strategic analyses, investment decisions, and special projects.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related function, with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Strong corporate FP&A experience in a complex, multi-site operating company.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including building integrated three-statement models and executive-facing reports from scratch.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to executives and non-finance stakeholders and to own complete AOP, re-forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
• Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week at the assigned San Francisco office.
