Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Own long-term forecasting and planning cycles, including five-year strategic reviews and portfolio reviews.
• Analyze financial forecasts, results, spending, productivity metrics, and efficiency KPIs to produce actionable insights.
• Develop financial models and analysis for strategic projects and act as a finance business partner across the organization.
• Create and update content for CFO presentations, investor relations events, board meetings, and executive management.
• Identify and implement reporting of key financial metrics and process standardization across Finance.
• Partner with GIS to implement reporting systems and processes across Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Finance or Accounting at reputable firms.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP reporting, including balance sheet and cash flow drivers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively across functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience implementing finance technologies such as Tableau and big data solutions.
