Founding Deployment Strategist (AI)

hirify.global builds AI systems and provides fund administration services for the financial operations of sophisticated investment firms.

What you will do

• Own customer outcomes from kickoff through go-live and ongoing adoption, turning signed customers into reference accounts.
• Write product specifications with engineering and help ship features that unlock customer value.
• Build standard operating procedures for capital calls, NAV close, audit preparation, and GP reporting workflows.
• Train CFOs and finance teams to use hirify.global's MCP with Claude and GPT, including skills, prompts, and agents.
• Act as the trusted operator in customer Slack channels and partner directly with product and engineering to prioritize urgent needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience forging difficult initiatives into existence as a founder, FDE, investment banking or private equity associate, consultant, product manager, or engineer.
• High agency, strong ownership, and a bias toward shipping prototypes and solutions quickly.
• Fluency in, or strong motivation to develop fluency in, investment-firm operations, including funds, GPs, LPs, capital calls, distributions, and NAV.
• Ability to work directly with senior investment-firm CFOs and understand their workflows while leading AI adoption.
• Strong customer obsession and willingness to travel for important customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience founding and scaling a company from 0 to 1.
• Investment banking or private equity experience combined with a desire to build products.
• Product management or engineering experience with a strong customer focus.
• Consulting experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG with a focus on owning outcomes.
