AI Deployment Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI engagements from kickoff to production adoption.
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact workflow problems and define AI product solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and design teams.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new AI-powered workflows.
• Manage the commercial agenda within accounts to build trust and drive program expansion.
• Serve as the primary bridge between customers and internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with meaningful exposure to AI deployment in complex environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area with regular travel expected.
• Background in top-tier consulting, AI/product companies, or technical roles at large enterprises.
• Strong technical literacy in AI/ML, including data pipelines and model strategies.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and win over skeptical stakeholders.
• Must have existing work authorization in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance, or private equity).
• Startup or high-growth operating experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial services.
