Carrier Review Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Querétaro, Mexico; hybrid. Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour break; flexibility is available based on coverage.

What you will do

• Review tickets submitted by Operations for carrier onboarding, updates, and exceptions.
• Evaluate carrier profiles in Highway and internal systems against compliance checklists.
• Identify compliance gaps, documentation issues, and risk indicators.
• Verify required documents, certifications, insurance coverage, limits, and policy validity.
• Conduct ongoing file audits and safety evaluations based on company standards and industry guidelines.
• Document review outcomes, escalate high-risk or non-compliant carriers, and communicate required actions by email.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Clear and professional written communication in a high-volume email environment.
• Proficient bilingual English and Spanish communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, carrier compliance, administration, compliance, or risk-related roles.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, safety ratings, insurance requirements, Highway, Zendesk, Outlook, or similar tools.
