GSOC Supervisor (Swing Shift)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; 100% onsite. Assigned to a fixed day, swing, or night shift in a 24/7 operations center; the swing shift runs from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Salary: $70,500–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily GSOC operations, including security monitoring, emergency response coordination, and critical event management.
• Lead, mentor, train, and evaluate GSOC Operators while enforcing best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations as the primary escalation point.
• Facilitate communication among GSOC personnel, security teams, law enforcement, emergency responders, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate incident and communication records while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements using technology and data analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a GSOC, security operations center, emergency response, or related field, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of video surveillance, access control, critical event management, and mass communication platforms.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
• Experience working with emergency responders, corporate security teams, and crisis management frameworks.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and confidentiality skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening after receiving a conditional employment offer.
