$25 - $30 an hour (overtime $37.5 - $45 an hour)

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding via access control, badging, parking, and user decommissioning.
• Process and maintain badging, access data, and generate occupancy/access reports.
• Coordinate security cameras, video systems, alarms, and related technologies.
• Provide front-line customer service for access control troubleshooting and emergencies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, facilities, and building management on security operations.
• Review intelligence data, report threats, and support emergency management and incident response.

Requirements

• 2-4 years relevant experience in operations, tech, or security roles.
• Experience with Genetec or similar security tech, cameras, project management, Microsoft Office, CPTED.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
