Corporate Recruiter

Location: Boston, MA, United States; onsite at the Boston headquarters

Base salary: $77,000–$94,000 USD per year, plus a potential discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies and attract talent across technical, sales, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders on hiring strategy, market insights, and business priorities.
• Manage candidate assessment, interview readiness, recommendations, reference checks, compensation discussions, and offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, interviewers, and recruiting colleagues.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and business functions.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of technology skills, hiring trends, and candidate motivations.
• Experience in an agency, corporate recruiting environment, or both.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Ability to use AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
