Senior Technical Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and candidate lifecycle for executive, engineering, physician, nursing, medical assistant, and imaging technician roles.
• Design advanced sourcing strategies using deep-web research, niche professional networks, recruitment platforms, and automation tools.
• Conduct technical and behavioral evaluations and provide data-driven hiring insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead offer and executive compensation negotiations while balancing market equity and organizational goals.
• Oversee onboarding workflows, background checks, reference audits, and HRIS data integrity.
• Advise on employment laws, clinical licensure, recruiting operations, and process improvements while mentoring recruiting team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or clinical sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder-influence, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Expert knowledge of clinical licensure, labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to advise hiring managers, manage complex requisitions, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency with Ashby and advanced recruiting technologies and automation tools.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of clinical or technical recruiting experience.
• Experience scaling teams in a high-growth healthcare startup.
