Salary: $105,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Engineer zero-defect system configurations that integrate seamlessly with complex business operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve edge cases to prevent escalations.
• Write precise technical documentation and collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps.
• Inform product roadmap decisions using real-world customer data.
• Define and scale technical operations best practices from the ground up.

Requirements

• Must be based in NYC and excited about in-office collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong programming fundamentals including Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and architect solutions to complex problems.
