Operations Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY; Austin, TX; or San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Salary: $138,000 – $176,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions.
• Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes.
• Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs across business functions.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY; Austin, TX; or San Francisco, CA.
• 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• Strong programming fundamentals and experience with Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
• Proven track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
