Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$223,000 USD total compensation; base salary range $120,000–$175,000, with OTE of $167,500–$223,000 and uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Translate client needs into solutions using hirify.global’s customizable low-code platform.
• Guide clients through deployments from kickoff to go-live and provide hands-on training.
• Build integrations using APIs, Zapier, Workato, automation tools, and data pipelines.
• Clean and transform data to ensure accurate processing across platforms.
• Use real-time data insights to identify process improvements and resolve delivery blockers.
• Advise clients by translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably with direct client engagement.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation, Excel, Python, ETL, and API-based work.
• Experience configuring customizable low-code platforms.
• Strong communication, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data and a high level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the Austin office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or healthcare.
• Fluency in SQL, advanced Excel skills, or Python scripting.
• Experience with Workato, BPM, or CRM platforms.
• Background in project management or consulting.
