Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City or San Francisco; in-person work required 4–5 days per week. Travel of up to 20% is required, and relocation packages are available.

Salary: $135,000–$180,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand product areas and requirements.
• Support product launches, implementations, troubleshooting, and post-launch issue resolution.
• Develop roadmaps for self-serve launch tools, internal settings, and quality assurance processes.
• Provide technical support, product demonstrations, presentations, and guidance to prospects.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers on training, implementations, and escalations.
• Represent Support Engineers within the product area and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of product development and launch processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and product management teams.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Experience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools.
