What you will do

• Lead commercial design for high-value CAPEX and OPEX transactions across Latin America.
• Advise Sales leadership on pricing architectures and negotiation strategies for competitive accounts.
• Build business cases and TCO/ROI analyses comparing cloud and on-premise offers with legacy competitors.
• Govern commercial risk, margin, pricing frameworks, investment criteria, and revenue accounting requirements for non-standard deals.
• Analyze renewal and expansion patterns to develop repeatable commercial playbooks.
• Turn Salesforce and Tableau pipeline and ROI data into actionable insights for sales teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in structuring complex hardware CAPEX and subscription-based OPEX business models.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and corporate pricing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex financial models into commercial narratives for executive stakeholders and client negotiations.
• Proven ability to coordinate Sales, Legal, and Finance teams and resolve complex contractual hurdles.
• Ability to work from the Brazil or Mexico City office in a primarily in-office environment.
