Quote to Cash Analyst

What you will do

• Manage quote-to-order workflows across CRM, CPQ, order management, licensing, and entitlement tools.
• Respond to and resolve internal billing support tickets within established service level agreements.
• Research billing discrepancies using customer accounts, invoices, contracts, payment history, and supporting documentation.
• Process credits, rebills, invoice corrections, and other account maintenance activities in line with company policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate billing documentation in ticketing and billing systems.
• Partner with Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Order Management, Finance, and other teams to resolve account issues and improve billing processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving complex account issues.
• Working knowledge of billing operations, invoicing, credits, rebills, account reconciliations, and customer account management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms.
• Full-time availability for the hybrid role in Monterrey, Mexico.

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience with ServiceNow.
