Quote to Cash Analyst (Billing Operations/CRM): Managing quote-to-order workflows, billing support, account reconciliations, and billing adjustments across CRM, CPQ, order management, licensing, and entitlement tools with an accent on resolving complex account discrepancies and maintaining transaction accuracy. Focus on analyzing invoices, contracts, payment history, and customer accounts, improving recurring billing issues, and supporting month-end close activities.
Location: Hybrid, Monterrey, Mexico

What you will do
- Manage billing support tickets and resolve billing-related inquiries within established service level agreements.
- Research complex billing discrepancies by reviewing customer accounts, invoices, contracts, payment history, and supporting documentation.
- Process credits, rebills, invoice corrections, and other account maintenance activities in line with company policies.
- Reconcile customer accounts, validate balances, and maintain billing accuracy across ticketing and billing systems.
- Collaborate with Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Order Management, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify recurring billing issues, recommend process improvements, and support month-end close activities.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving complex account issues.
- Working knowledge of billing operations, invoicing, account reconciliations, credits, rebills, and customer account management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is preferred.
