FP&A Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote-first within Brazil, with the option to work from the São Paulo offices.

What you will do

• Build and maintain flexible, traceable multi-year financial models for new verticals and business lines.
• Structure complex business mechanics into reliable models that support strategic decisions.
• Integrate AI tools into model creation, data automation, and analytical scenario development.
• Prepare executive presentations and summaries for directors, C-Level leadership, and investors.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market and competition analyses across products and geographies.
• Maintain model rigor through version control, documentation, traceability, and auditability.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Consistent experience creating financial models in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic consulting, or financial markets.
• Advanced Excel or Sheets skills with strong mastery of financial modeling and complex workbook organization.
• Pragmatic experience using AI tools for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong critical reasoning, strategic vision, rigor, and ability to understand business mechanics.
• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for reporting materials and communications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial products or marketplaces.
• SQL experience for autonomous data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with SAP corporate planning systems and basic accounting principles.
