Supervisor, Maintenance, Sterile Operations (Night Shift) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite night shift

Salary: $70,000–$118,750 per year

What you will do

• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, testing, adjustments, rebuilds, line turnarounds, and changeovers for process equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and automated equipment using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
• Complete work orders, batch records, GMP documentation, equipment logs, and maintenance records in accordance with established procedures.
• Train Production Operators on equipment setup, minor adjustments, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Install new equipment, oversee upgrades, and support continuous improvement, validation, and PET projects.
• Maintain organized cGMP operating areas through 5S, cleaning, housekeeping, MRO procedures, inventory control, and safety practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience maintaining and supporting equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Prior people leadership experience, including supervising, mentoring, or developing direct reports.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and maintenance materials.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 2/2/3 night-shift schedule and perform the listed physical, PPE, chemical, height, machinery, and repetitive-motion requirements.
• Work authorization sponsorship or visa support is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, associate degree in engineering, or equivalent mechanical trade school training.
• Experience with automated equipment and training in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, or electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP, KRONOS, or other MRP systems.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN, or continuous improvement systems.
