Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
Salary: $80,000β$100,000 annually.

What you will do
- Lead mechanics and technicians supporting maintenance activities across assigned manufacturing areas.
- Coordinate planned maintenance periods, operational projects, and resource allocation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules, documentation, training, quality standards, 6S, and safety protocols are followed.
- Provide training in GMP, troubleshooting, maintenance skills, and safety.
- Monitor maintenance, attendance, labor, safety, and operational metrics through regular reporting.
- Support talent management through feedback, recognition, and coordination of disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, administrative, project management, and prioritization skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting and equipment problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems, CMMS, Microsoft Office, Lockout/Tagout, and other safety programs.
- Basic English written and oral communication skills are required. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, EHS, SOPs, FDA requirements, and medical or pharmaceutical regulations is required.
Nice to have
- BS degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- CMRP certification.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical facility.
