Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States; onsite plant role on the 3rd shift
Salary: $46,400β$58,000 per year

What you will do
- Repair, troubleshoot, rebuild, modify, install, and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, wear, alignment, adjustment, and setup issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical test instruments, PLC inputs and outputs, drawing packages, and multimeters.
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement activities including PMT, TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Lean Energy.
- Collaborate with engineers, technologists, quality personnel, vendors, and equipment suppliers on equipment projects, inspections, factory acceptance, and training.
- Maintain Maximo work orders, spare-parts records, quality documentation, safety records, and a clean 6S work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of experience repairing mechanical systems, performing industrial maintenance, or equivalent technical work.
- Associateβs degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and apply developing technical and process knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, twisting, and balancing activities.
- Standard visual acuity, including the ability to differentiate colors.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
