Technical Program Manager (Cloud Storage)

Annual pay range: USD $125,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Track deliverables and dependencies across engineering, product, pricing, metrics, and marketing.
• Identify schedule slips early, challenge unreliable estimates, and distinguish real delays from uncertain forecasts.
• Coordinate timelines and availability with cloud and technology partners.
• Keep epics, stories, and Jira plans accurate and current.
• Surface tradeoffs to engineering leaders when delivery timelines conflict.
• Establish structure and ownership for a new cross-functional program function.

Requirements

• Experience running highly technical software and hardware programs with substantial cross-functional dependencies.
• Familiarity with modern Scrum and agile practices.
• Technical depth sufficient to evaluate estimates and implementation complexity.
• Background in cloud or storage, with the ability to learn complex technical domains quickly.
• Clear, direct communication with engineers and external partners.
• Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and follow up on slipping commitments.
