Senior Solutions Engineer (Field) - US Remote, East Coast

Location: US - Remote, East Coast; travel within the U.S. is required for customer engagements, events, partner meetings, and field initiatives.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers and prospects throughout cybersecurity platform evaluation, adoption, and expansion.
• Understand customer security goals and align platform capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead demonstrations, presentations, technical storytelling, proof-of-concept projects, and architecture workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic partners, MSSPs, GSIs, and channel organizations.
• Create enablement content, demos, videos, architecture diagrams, and training assets for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success, while providing customer-driven product feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Technical breadth across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.
• Familiarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, and modern security posture technologies.
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Background in SOC operations, threat hunting, incident response, or security maturity assessments.
• Relevant cybersecurity, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, DevOps, or cloud security certifications.
