Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, United States, five days a week, Monday–Friday

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, powerful, and approachable products.
• Define interaction patterns for AI agents, including delegation, decision transparency, and user control.
• Design data-rich experiences for understanding operational performance and next steps.
• Shape product areas and foundational workflows covering planning, analytics, configuration, setup, and integrations.
• Lead customer research and discovery, translating operational needs into product strategy.
• Partner with product and engineering on roadmaps, rapid prototyping, implementation, and launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping production B2B software.
• Strong systems and interaction design skills, with the ability to simplify complex multi-stakeholder needs.
• Experience leading customer research and building close relationships with users.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers, engineers, product partners, and teammates.
• Ability to make data-dense products approachable for non-technical operators.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment includes E-Verify verification.

Nice to have

• Experience using code and coding agents to prototype or ship products.
• Practical AI fluency with tools such as Cursor and Claude.
