Strategic Projects Lead (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technical projects across AI/ML, data operations, engineering design, and product evaluation.
• Design and continuously improve workflows and systems for distributed teams of engineers, analysts, contractors, and technical specialists.
• Establish documentation, quality assurance, and compliance standards across technical programs.
• Partner with engineering, business development, and product teams to define requirements, manage scope, prioritize initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Track projects, allocate resources, and manage milestones using Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate contractors and subject matter experts, and develop scalable data pipelines and automated processes for AI/ML training data.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in the role or an engineering-related occupation.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams in AI/ML, engineering design, data operations, product development, or technical program management.
• Experience designing and improving operational processes, quality assurance protocols, or documentation standards in technical environments.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing, design engineering, semiconductor development, or similar fields, including end-to-end hardware design methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement, analytical problem solving, project management platforms, workflow optimization, resource allocation, and translating data into strategic business insights.
