Strategic Projects Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own operational initiatives end to end, from ambiguous problem statements to documented, hand-off-ready functions.
• Identify friction across Data Operations, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes.
• Align stakeholders across Data Ops, ML, Product, Software, Hardware, operators, engineers, and external partners.
• Build SOPs, workflows, tooling, and health metrics for each function.
• Pull, clean, analyze, and sanity-check operational data to support decisions and identify issues early.
• Handle operational work required to keep the Data team running smoothly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team or developing product or operational processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience owning ambiguous problems and building structure from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to align engineers, operators, and external partners.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic projects, chief-of-staff, investment banking, or program management roles.
• Strong data analysis skills, including building operational reporting from scratch.
• Exposure to robotics, embodied AI, or real-world data collection environments.
