Product Designer (SaaS)

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product design solutions with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces for the core platform.
• Create visual assets, components, interaction specifications, and documentation aligned with the brand and design system.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, design critiques, and iterative refinement based on feedback and data.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure consistent design system implementation across products.
• Measure post-launch outcomes and improve user satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working within an established brand or design system.
• Strong attention to detail, user-centered design skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or marketing automation products such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on design feasibility.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• A portfolio demonstrating design process, visual design, and interaction design skills.
