Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote from the USA, limited to CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Hybrid work is available through offices in Austin, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. hirify.global cannot hire within the city limits of Chicago unless the candidate resides outside the city proper or is willing to self-relocate.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, or New York.

What you will do

• Design new software features and enhancements aligned with business priorities.
• Own feature design from discovery through delivery in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Translate ambiguous problems into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and synthesize user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with designers to improve product quality and consistency.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system while balancing delivery speed and design craft.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for a SaaS company.
• Experience with IT operations, systems administration, software support, or software development.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of visual design and information architecture principles.
• Experience using Figma for design and prototyping and maintaining design systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong UX process and polished visual execution.
