Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

Salary: $101,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the design of complex product features and modules from discovery through delivery, including interaction models, workflows, and visual execution.
• Translate customer research, data, and business goals into user-centered product experiences.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and navigate trade-offs.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and synthesis to improve adoption, satisfaction, and consistency.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma while contributing to the product design system.
• Present design concepts, mentor junior designers, and help evolve design standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or complex software environments.
• Experience independently driving moderately to highly complex design initiatives with ambiguous requirements.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, systems-level problem solving, and high-quality execution.
• Deep understanding of UX patterns, accessibility standards, responsive design, and interaction design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments.
