Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

Location: Boston or NYC; hybrid workplace

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package

What you will do

• Create designs, prototypes, and wireframes for upcoming product features.
• Provide creative direction and contribute to product vision and strategy.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices, and quality standards.
• Develop clear storytelling around product needs and decisions.
• Collect user feedback to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Read and modify basic front-end code to resolve UI inconsistencies and contribute to the living style guide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience creating polished prototypes and wireframes.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern UX design concepts and tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work independently.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and modify basic front-end code and work with a living style guide.
