Founding GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City; in-person work at the office 4–5 days per week

Salary: $100,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze go-to-market processes and identify opportunities to apply AI for workflow automation and augmentation.
• Build custom systems using APIs, Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, webhooks, and low-code/no-code tools such as Clay, Attention, and Zapier.
• Own initiatives from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, training, and adoption.
• Measure system performance, adoption, and ROI, then iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Recruiting, and executive leadership.
• Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on AI-powered GTM tooling and help attract technical talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical or operations role improving or automating workflows with code and low-code/no-code tools.
• Practical experience moving data between systems through APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to take projects from 0-to-1 experimentation and prototyping through rollout and adoption.
• Experience with and strong interest in AI systems, plus a strong analytical approach to ROI, adoption, and performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite partners.
• Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of GTM processes such as sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, or recruiting.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Admin-level experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach.
