GTM Engineer (AI)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain GTM infrastructure, including CRM configuration, data pipelines, tool integrations, and internal tooling.
• Design and ship AI-driven agents and automations across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Connect product usage, CRM, marketing, and external data sources into a clean, queryable GTM data layer.
• Build enrichment, scoring, prioritization, health scoring, churn signal, and expansion trigger systems.
• Automate outbound workflows, personalization, attribution, campaign automation, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene.
• Evaluate the GTM tool stack and build dashboards that show what is working.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience combining technical work with GTM, revenue operations, or growth.
• Strong technical fluency with AI coding tools, no-code automation, and modern GTM tooling.
• Experience mapping data across complex deal cycles and GTM systems.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows, prompting, data warehouses, dbt, or reverse ETL tools such as Fivetran, Hightouch, or Census.
• Ability to build and ship solutions quickly, operate in ambiguity, and create programs from scratch.
• Strong communication skills across technical and GTM strategy discussions.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Early-stage startup or founding GTM/RevOps engineering experience.
• Cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with React, Retool, Streamlit, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse, agentic AI systems, or LLM-powered internal tools.
