GTM Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 total compensation annually (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Build AI-powered workflows and agents with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and data models.
• Design scalable automations and integrations across Salesforce and the GTM technology stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
• Implement enrichment, signal detection, buyer-trigger analytics, opportunity routing, propensity modeling, and lead and account scoring.
• Support AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, document, release, and measure the impact of agents and automations.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
• Development experience with object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
• Experience configuring Salesforce Agentforce and building automations and integrations with Workato and Zapier.
• Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, integration troubleshooting, and at least one relevant programming language such as Apex, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of GTM team operations, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Slack, or Salesforce development and release tools.
• Experience with Claude Code, AI-assisted development, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
• Experience with GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
• Knowledge of signal-based selling, buyer-intent data, enrichment, opportunity scoring, or propensity modeling.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
